Hands (2019-2020)

Autobiographical short hand. The hand of the artist. Hands are very human, they are similar to skeletons in that way.

I had a lot of earlier sketches where my hands would be prominent, at some point I decided to make some pieces where they were the subject.

The below Bird in Hand ink drawings I originally drew with sharpie and then a few years later I recreated in digital and created large nylon prints.
